These fresh buns are just the thing for your grilled burgers.

Place dough ingredients into the pan of your bread machine in the order specified by the manufacturer. Run the dough cycle.
Flour a work area. Remove dough from bread machine and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
Pat dough into a rectangle, approximately 1/4" thick.
Cut dough into 8 strips.
Roll strips into balls, tucking edges underneath. Place onto a lined baking sheet.
Flour the tops of the buns and cover very loosely. Set aside to rise for 1 hour, or until doubled.
Preheat oven to 375F.
Beat together egg and milk. Brush onto buns.
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown. Mine always take 17 minutes.
