Muesli

Ingredients

  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • ½ cup nuts I use walnuts
  • ½ cup pepitas and/or sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
  • Pour muesli into an airtight container for storage.

Notes

Muesli can be served in a bowl with milk like a cereal, cooked like oatmeal, or made up like overnight oats. I prefer cooking it like oatmeal and serving it with a little cream and local honey.
